These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of oscarstreeandstone.com and the services provided by Oscar’s Tree Removal & Stone Veneer, a d/b/a of Oscar’s Tree Removal & Patio’s Inc (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website, requesting an estimate, or hiring us, you agree to these Terms. Please also review our Privacy Policy.

Our Services

We provide tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, stump grinding, land and brush clearing, storm cleanup, and stone veneer installation, repair, and repointing throughout Bucks County, Montgomery County, and the Lehigh Valley in Pennsylvania. We are a licensed and insured Pennsylvania home improvement contractor.

Estimates and Quotes

• Estimates are free and carry no obligation.
• Estimates are based on the conditions visible at the time of inspection. If conditions differ once work begins — for example, hidden decay, buried utilities, unstable ground, or restricted access — we will stop and discuss any change in scope or price with you before continuing.
• Written estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• No work begins without your approval.

Scheduling, Weather, and Cancellation

Tree and masonry work depends on weather and site conditions. We may reschedule for safety reasons, including high wind, storms, lightning, frozen or saturated ground, or unsafe conditions on site. We will contact you as early as possible when a date changes.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as you can so we can reassign the crew. Emergency and storm response is dispatched based on urgency and crew availability.

Property Access and Your Responsibilities

• You confirm that you own the property or are authorized to approve the work.
• Please provide clear access to the work area and remove vehicles, furniture, and other valuables from the area before we arrive.
• Please tell us about anything below ground or hidden from view, such as septic systems, irrigation lines, invisible fencing, drain fields, or private utility lines. We mark public utilities as required by Pennsylvania law, but we cannot be responsible for unmarked private lines we were not told about.
• Please keep children and pets clear of the work area.

Permits and Regulations

Some municipalities and townships require permits for tree removal or exterior masonry work, and some properties are subject to HOA or historic district rules. We will tell you when we believe a permit may be required. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, obtaining permits and approvals is the property owner’s responsibility.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless we agree to different terms in writing. Larger projects may require a deposit or progress payments as set out in your estimate. We accept the payment methods listed on your estimate or invoice.

Warranty

Stone veneer installations carry a written 10-year workmanship warranty as described in your estimate. Our warranty covers our workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by storms, flooding, earth movement, structural settling, impact, freeze-thaw damage from failed drainage that was not part of our scope, alterations by others, or ordinary wear. Tree work is performed to industry standards; because trees are living things, we cannot guarantee the future health, growth, or survival of any tree.

SMS and Text Message Terms

If you provide your mobile number and give consent, we may send you text messages related to your inquiry or service, including replies to missed calls, estimate confirmations, appointment reminders, crew arrival updates, and follow-up after completed work. If you separately consent to promotional messages, we may also send occasional service reminders and review requests.

Age restriction: You must be at least 18 years old to consent to receive text messages from us. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly send marketing text messages to anyone under 18.

• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.

Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or submit false information through our forms. Content on this site, including text, photographs of our work, and our logo, is our property and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Photographs of Completed Work

We may photograph completed projects for our portfolio, website, and social media. We do not publish customer names or street addresses with project photos. If you prefer that we not photograph your property, just tell us and we will not.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for an on-site inspection. To the fullest extent permitted by Pennsylvania law, our liability arising out of the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the work in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Dispute Resolution

If you are unhappy with our work, please contact us first — most concerns are resolved with a phone call and a return visit. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the website or our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
